  We had Mariachi San Carlos for my father-in-law's birthday and everyone was super happy with the vibe of the music , they are on time , they respond and communicate fast . Recommend them to anyone looking for a great mariachi and the price was great and good quality .

  My family hired them for a very special event and they were very unprofessional since the beginning when event first started you can clearly tell they had no energy what so ever. They were rude to guest who were requesting songs especially to the one that had hired them. They took a break longer than what we had signed on the contract and we had proof and they still tried to lie and tried to leave early. I've hired multiple Mariachis in the past and have never had such an awful experience especially with the crazy prices they are charging. They also need to re learn a lot of the songs because they would laugh half way through because they didn't know any of them. Don't recommend them at all!

  On November 4 my mother passed away. In wanting to honor my mother, I decided to hire Mariachi San Carlos. From the start Maria who handles the bookings was extremely diligent , respectful, and most of all empathetic. My mothers memorial celebration of life was beautiful. She was honored with the music that was played by the mariachi band. I'm not one to post reviews on yelp , but I felt that it was important to convey how outstanding this mariachi band was. Should you be looking for any type of services , I'm sure that they'll do a fantastic job as they did for me.

  I called Mariachi San Carlos last minute, for my husband's 50th birthday.
They were able to squeeze us in there busy schedule. The ladies looked amazing in their ponchos, the men looked sharp and handsome.
They made the surprised beautiful and happy. The contract was emailed to me immediately and I will continue to hire them from now on.

  Mariachi cancel 2 hrs prior to their arrival.
The excuse was that the other client were they were working wanted another 2 hrs of service, therefore they won't be able to make it

This is very unprofessional, specially that they have confirmed via text and a phone call their attendance to my mom's 70th bday party.
This was a very special event.....

With the very short notice of cancellation, we weren't able to hire another mariachi

  I highly recommend Mariachi San Carlos, not only are they great musicians, they are punctual professional and entertaining. They performed for my Mother's 100 birthday and she loved it because they customized the songs for her.

  The most beautiful mariachi, highly recommended! Amazing talent & so responsive. I hired them for a friend's wedding and they left everyone in tears with their beautiful music! 10/10

  I'm sorry but they were not professional. I had hired them to come to my Tias funeral to play for an hour. I texted the date address and place of the funeral. Soon after I sent them a deposit via Zelle so they had my phone information. They never showed up claiming they did not have my phone number and could not remember what number I had. It's all digital via text ams they sure did get my money Via Zelle. This was awful as my Tia's request for music never made it as one of her wishes due to the unprofessionalism of this group. Don't trust them to make your event. Dr. Cruz

  Best mariachi I've ever heard! They have their own sound system and microphones and the sound quality is just amazing! Mother and daughter sing so beautiful! Everyone at the party was so impressed and didn't want them to leave! They are my go to when I need a mariachi band from now on! They are so nice & responsive. Thank you so much for making my moms 60th Birthday so special!
